Very accommodating—I am a travel ER RN who completed an assignment in NY and was traveling home to FL; during our drive through WV, we were hit by another vehicle and caused my SUV to be totaled. With everything occurring within a couple of hours, I was able to attain a hotel room and check-in earlier than scheduled to get my family into a room for the night—as we were 13 hours from home/help. The staff was very understanding! I also was able to see accommodations of fellow travel nurses who are also staying at the location—the ER (when asked) raved about the property and their assistance with the hospital stay. If ever in WV, I will gladly stay again—as well as, promote the location to others; thank you again!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is complimentary and has a good variety. Right off the exit and conveniently located with lots of things available around. Our room had a good size fridge, stove top, microwave, small dishwasher and a table with chairs. I wasnt expecting any of that because it wasnt listed on booking. It was a great surprise, especially with a child.We will 100% stay again!

this property is conveniently located off the highway, close to a few restaurants, yet quiet and overlooks a beautiful setting. it was super clean, even the TV remote was stored in a plastic bag, the room was spacious and front desk staff very welcoming. we travel often between SC and NY so this hotel is one we will definitely reserve again,
